Like all firms, we use time costing based on hourly charge-out rates. We usually charge on a job-by-job basis. To assist your planning, we’re happy to provide estimates for services, and are open to discussing cost expectations before or during a task, including any cost escalation when the need for unexpected work might arise.
All matters affecting our clients and their affairs are subject to the strictest confidentiality as a matter of course. Discussions within Maude & Miller are restricted to a “need to know” basis consistent with the provision of the best service. No client information would ever be provided to another client or any third party without consent or legal compulsion.
Conflicts of Interest
We take a transparent approach to conflicts of interest. We are only prepared to act on a transaction involving more than one of our clients with the informed consent of both (or all) clients involved, and with the approval by all clients of the processes we put in place to protect the separation of interests of each client.
